A: Yes, we are insured and provide a copy of insurance coverage and WSIB Coverage as part of our cleaning agreement.
Q: Is your cleaning process environmentally responsible?
A: We safeguard your health and the environment by using products free from harsh chemicals,
sustainable floor care techniques, energy-efficient equipment, responsible recycling and waste
management, and encourage our customers to adopt eco-friendly practices such as energy conservation and paperless processes.
Q: Do you provide reporting and proof of service?
A: Our thorough process includes leveraging janitorial software to show customers our checklists for nightly tasks. We also report on problems our export cleaners see in the field, which can be very helpful especially to property managers
Q: Are your cleaning staff trained?
A: New employees go through a three step training process. First step is thorough training through our own online training site. This is where the concepts of vacuuming, washroom sanitization, garbage removal, customer service, safety and policies and procedures more are taught. Second step is on-site, hands-on training with one of our managers. Third step is supervised visits and checks where our managers do supervisory visits evaluating the employee’s quality of work and motivation.
